“What is “Pop!” – Pop of Positivity?”
“Pop of Positivity” It’s based on one simple thing. “Life doesn’t have to suck all the time.” Let’s face it… There’s a Helluva lot of negativity in the real world, and it’s pretty hard to escape it. I thought of this as a means to brighten up everyone’s day. Taking time away from thinking about the negative and switch gears and think of the positive. Perhaps, we can all share some smiles along the way too!
- Each Thursday, I’ll pick a Theme (Naturally, of something positive).
- I will, therefore, Tag Four Bloggers to continue the themed positive message along.
- You, the recipient of the tag can select anyway fit on how you want to share this positivity. (Example: Any 3 songs that make you want to tap your feet, make you sing, and shake your thang! Any era you like! Just have fun with this one!! ).
- You will create a Pingback to the original post, as well as notifying your tagged blogger that you have selected them.
Fairly easy, right? Let’s say we give this a shot, okay?
Theme: Pick 3 Songs That You Want to Dance to and Make You Smile”
Hey! POP music by “M”. Oh this just tickles me on all sorts of levels and if I COULD get up and dance, I’d do it! This song always inspired me to mad moves (privately of course).
That guy is just hot. And dancing ‘with safety” (even without hats) is good, right? The “Little Person” steals the whole video show though… 😛
You can’t NOT smile at this one. (well unless you’re that lead singer guy (R.E.M.)..he apparently HATES this song. Besides if I posted the link to “Chirpie Chirpie Cheep Cheep” AGAIN, I think at least one blogger out there would begin to plot my downfall!
Thanks Beckie! “POP!”
Bonus Song: (because it’s Halloween and yeah I did dance to this one now and then when I could do so without falling over). Now of course Mikey is dead and has, in a weird way, joined the cast of his own music video (well no proof of Zombies…not yet anyway), and I’m far too old to be shakin’ my bones to this. But it’s still one of the best made videos ever (in my opinion). And anything with Vincent Price is automatically a classic (R.I.P. to that dude too) 😐
