        1. I was at a famous Jewish deli in New York with my husband and family, when the announcement was made.
Needless to say… We all packed our food to go. I just remember sitting in front of the TV for days, sobbing as if she was a close personal friend.
The anniversary of her death is coming up. I know myself all too well… I’ll be glued to watching all the documentaries on her life.

          1. I know it was Labor Day weekend cuz that’s when the Pow Wow is every year. Now we’re always busy with Ben’s birthday (9/2) around Labor Day weekend.

Speaking of birthdays…someone has a special REbirthday tomorrow πŸ˜‰πŸ€” four years isn’t it? πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸ€©πŸ‘πŸ’•πŸ’ͺπŸŽ‰πŸ˜πŸŒ»

                1. Thank you, Angie.
I went to AA a couple of times after my stay in the hosptial. It was unfortunate to me that the fellowship frowned down on me because I was on medication for mental health reasons. I quite going soon after starting.
I did however go to AA back in 2008 and it was a positive experience until it became clicky. Plus I ended up dating the ex-fiance of doom.
If I had been a little more stronger, I would have said no to having a drink with him. The first 2 & 1/2 years sober countred for nothing.
That is why I am really proud of myself this time. πŸ˜‰
