Maybe it’s a once in while flare up, or an everyday burden, or maybe you’ve never experienced it at all. Whichever camp you fall into, I’ve compiled a few tips on how to overcome it in your day-to-day life. I hope this helps, and more importantly, I hope you know you are not alone.

It’s my pleasure to introduce this week’s topic for Week #8 “Working on Us” by

💚Success Stories of overcoming (an anxiety/panic attack, manic bipolar episode, whatever.)💚

Prompt #1  Write a narrative of what works for you when in the midst of a crisis, such as, anxiety/panic attack or a manic episode.  Please give an example of what happened, and how you broke free from it.

Example: Coping skills, talking to a family member or a friend, and/or therapy, mediations… (Just to name a few).

 

Prompt #2 Pick One or Both The Photos/Pictures and explain how it makes you feel?

Example: In any format you choose!  (Poetry, Short Prose, etc…)

    1. How about this, only because I’ve done this before. Write your response to the following prompts, and just give me the headsup… And, I will read, and reblog for you. Trust me, there are other bloggers that have a difficult time in pingbacks, and sometimes it’s not guaranteed it will work.

                But do I write a post about one of your prompts in my blog? I do not know how to do links or anything…to link it to your blog. Sorry I’m so rubbish…

                  Yes, This is week #8, Just read my original post, the subect matter is about beating or fighting off anxiety/panic attacks and/or manic episodes.
                  You therefore write your post on your site, and when you have completed it… Just gie me the heads up, like we are doing right now… And, I will check out you post, read of course, and take what you wrote and simply copy/paste to my site.
                  Sound good?
                  Also, son’t feel pressured… You have until Tuesday to complete the prompts/prompt.

                    I’m having a weird day.
                    We are going to be moving in August and it’s a big move…I have so much going on in real life right now. Lots of stress and nerves, and I just come on my period…so I’ve been crying and I’m just a bit all over the place.

                      Where are you moving to?
                      Just take it easy on yourself, don’t add any more pressure to yourself either. It’s not written in stone that you must do the prompts… Trust me, “Working on Us” is not going anywhere.
                      Just take care of you first and foremost! 😘

                      Yeah everything is overwhelming me a bit actually. But I’m just taking one day at a time…

We are just moving to a smaller place, which is only about a mile or so away, so in same area, but we have the place we are in to empty, get rid of or sell things, as this is a massive place… And then we gotta get to knew place and clean, decorate and then start to move in just what we need. We have a whole month, but it still worries me, there is such a lot to do.
