Hello, All My Friends & Happy Friday to you All!
I’ve been a little off my blogging game lately because this week has been a doozy. I usually post my “Quote of The Day & My Thoughts” the night before, but I had one of my dear friends JT come and stay the night over at my roommate’s, sister’s house while I’m puppy & house sitting. It had been another day of running around in the oppressive heat and humidity and I was just thankful to be relaxing and watching “Black Mirror” on Netflix. So, I basically said the heck with it, and I’ll resume my post tomorrow.
This morning, we got up, took care of the dogs, and zoom… back in the car. Ran some errands, and when I got home and checked the mail, I was pleasantly surprised that a package addressed to me from a fellow blogger, Candace, of “Not Your Average Chick” was there! It was the organizer I won in one of her contest. Candace is also “Revenge of Eve” If you haven’t check out her blogs, please make a point of doing so.
I love that Candace wrote inside this beautiful organizer, that I won on 06/29/18. So personal, that it truly made my day! I absolutely love the quality of the organizer, because my old one was ripping at the seams. This has such a strong binder with a section where you can write your weekly mantra. How cool is that?
This was the cherry on top of a long week, Thank You, to Candace from the bottom of my heart!
We finally got hit with a thunderstorm, but it’s still a sauna outside. I was so tired, I slept right through it. I was just thrilled that all the plants and gardens got plenty of rain last night. My friend JT said the first thing this morning, “Wow, I can’t believe you slept through that, you must have been exhausted.” I was, the heat really did get to me.
You know what’s funny about my roommate, and her family going away this week, is that I haven’t got a clue what day this weekend that they are coming home. I need to send them a text to find out, so I know if I have to run home to take care of the cat, parrot, and fish.
I also wanted to mention that when I saw my psychiatrist this week, she took me off of Klonopin and put me on Vistaril. I am so happy to be completely off the Klonopin once and for all. The Vistaril is working like a charm. I have also been able to cut my Trazadone in half as well. I have finally felt a little more energy in the mornings. Thank goodness for that!
So, that’s all I’ve got for today. Again, a Big Thank You, to Candace from “Not Your Average Chick” for the organizer. I love it!!!!!
Have a great Friday everyone!
Take Care & God Bless!
