I wish I had read this, this past Monday when a panic attack was taking place. God knows I repeated something along these lines over and over again.
This particular affirmation I printed up for myself, and have hanging in my bathroom in order to remind me that I will be alright. I will work harder at controlling my moods and feelings, and try to remain calm even when my emotions are pushing the incorrect buttons. I just have to keep repeating this mantra to myself;
“I am in control.”
