Hello, again my dear fellow bloggers. Earlier I was kinda having a meltdown of sorts. I’m not quite sure what triggered it, other than being inside my own head, but I want to thank you all for allowing me to flip a bit, and get it out of my system. Other than doing my routine of laundry and cleaning here and there, I have been trying to catch up on reading other bloggers post, and some exquisite poetry and it really has lifted my mood quite a bit.
I also took the time to read my “Little Book of Positive Quotations” and came across some I’d like to share with you. I guess this is how I view the last few years of when I was homeless to the present time I’m in today. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.
“Times of great calamity and confusion have been productive for the greatest minds. The purest ore is produced from the hottest furnace. The brightest thunder-bolt is elicited from the darkest storm.”
~ Charles Caleb Colton ~
“What does not destroy me, makes me stronger.”
~ Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche ~
“Every life has dark tracts and long stretches of somber tint, and no representation is true to fact which dips its pencil only in light, and flings no shadows on the canvas.”
~ Alexander MacLaren ~
