I have always been a very anxious person, WITHOUT technology. With technology, I am even more anxious.
Technology makes me feel as though I am not good enough or as if I am missing out on things. FOMO. The Fear Of Missing Out. Technology is so advanced to the point where we can see what someone is doing every single day with social media platforms like Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. We have evolved in society to base our lives on these sites. We post about our victories, dinners, foods, parties, etc. All the fun things in life. We only see the positives of someones day. But we forget to acknowledge the fact that no-one is posting about the bad parts about their day. Like when they spilled coffee on themselves, or when they failed a test.
