I decided back in late December to discontinue going to my “Peace & Progress” aka “Anxiety Group” because I was not pleased with how the group was being run. However, When I see my therapist tomorrow I have full intentions of questioning other groups that I can enroll into, such as the depression group. Who know’s, maybe there are other groups that will intrigue me. I still feel that I need a group setting in order to deal with my emotions ranging from 1 to 10 with each day that passes.
