January 12, 2018: (Conclusion) What Are The Differences of Bipolar I vs. II?

via Daily Prompt: Evoke

Quote on bipolar: Bipolar robs you of that which is you. It can take from you the very core of your being and replace it with something that is completely opposite of who and what you truly are. -Alyssa Reyans. Good Morning & Happy Friday to each and every one of you today!  Well, we made it to the end of the week folks, what kinda plans do you have this weekend?

I really don’t have much going on, other than visiting my roommate at her sister’s house. My roommate “JK”, had had evasive surgery back on Jan 5, 2018.  Although, she didn’t feel like leaving the hospital yesterday, she was released.  As of yesterday, “JK’s” niece is now spending the evening’s here, while my “JK”, stays in her room, and recovers.  “Confused yet?”  LOL!

I’m looking forward to Sunday, in order to visit “JK”, since this has been a long week of not really speaking to anyone other than the “Funny Farm” of pets here at the home.  Don’t get me wrong, they evoke the happiness in me by them being so loveable and cozy to be with, they are literally the only thing that has made me happy during this long week.  🙂

Alright, today I’m going to conclude on the subject of, “What are the differences between Bipolar 1 vs. 2”,  because, I’m running out of things to write about.  However, I wanted to continue with a questionnaire provided by Psych Central

This is a; Bipolar Screening Quiz by Ivan Goldberg, M.D. (note: should only take 3 minutes to answer).

Now that you took this quiz, the scoring key is as such;

If you scored 51 & up – Bipolar disorder/serious symptoms

36-50 – Bipolar disorder- moderate to severe symptoms

25-35 Bipolar disorder likely

0 – Not likely to have Bipolar disorder

Now, if you think you may have answered towards the higher spectrum of this quiz, you can go to Google, look up Psych Central, enter your zip code, and it will provide you a local Mental Health Facility that will be able to assist you.

Don’t suffer in silence.  Seek the help you need by working with a clinician, doctor, and medication to help you deal with Bipolar I & II.

And there is nothing u can do to stop it. Im pissed at everything snd will be m3an and hurtful so u leave me alone. Pissed at myself for knowing what is happening but cannot stop it!!! Please go away. When u try yo help it makes me feel worse. Love me anyway. ..I need u to.I, of course, am going through a down cycle over the course of a what I can remember to be 7-8 weeks now.  I’m hoping an praying this spell breaks real soon.  I am on medication, and I do have a therapist and a doctor as well.  However, there is nothing I can do, but ride this episode/cycle out until it passes.  Until then, I will continue to keep doing what I do best… “Ride the wave.”

I do hope you enjoy your Friday and the upcoming weekend!

Take Care & God Bless!
