Good Afternoon Everyone. Yesterday, I met with my Therapist at Richard Hall Mental Health in Bridgewater, NJ. First, we discuss what is going on with me. Naturally, we discuss the changes in my life. Whether or not it’s in regards to my anxiety level, depression, life in general, and how I am coping. As we were coming to the end of my session, she suggested a 5 min., meditation. I would like to share with you the site in which she shared with me.
Type into Google: five-minute guided meditation. There are several apps that you can scroll through that help with mindfulness. Download any one of them that applies to you. Or, you can type in: Meditation for a happy new you. That was the one that really did wonders for me. I left my therapist appointment feeling revitalized.
I highly recommend the following apps that apply to help you unwind, relax and feel grounded.
