The chapters follow the main ‘story’ whereas the side bars or quests are the subconscious brewing up insecurity, fear and irrationality around then story. So the first step in being able to help anyone is to own and conquer yourself. No matter how long that takes. Because you can’t help people conquer their demons when you’ve never vanquished any of your own. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply I couldn’t with you more. I know that I have no intentions of going backwards unless I am writing about my life and have no choice but to reflect. Even then, it is very hard sometimes. Which I’m sure you understand as well. Most people with chronic illnesses have alot in common even if the illnesses are very different. It’s important for people who can stand up, to do so.
